How do you charge?


For regular garden maintenance I charge on a monthly basis.  This is payable in advance, via internet banking, with the first payment due on the date of the first visit and subsequent payments due on the same date each month thereafter.   Should you wish to cancel we ask for one month notice.

Any additional hours are charged at an hourly rate.

In addition to regular visits from our team we also:

  • Guarantee that if we feel you don’t need as much time in your garden we will tell you
  • Have full public-liability insurance
  • Leave you a report after every visit so you know what we’ve done without having to look
  • Give you a regular slot, the same time on the same day of the week, so you always know when we are going to be in the garden

It is very rare that we miss a visit.  However, where clients have a regular maintenance plan and we miss a visit we get the time made up as soon as possible.  Occasionally clients ask us to bank the time owing if they know they have a project coming up for which they would like a longer visit.

 

For one-off garden visits payment is due on the day of our visit.
