Your life is understandably busy and I recognise how important it is to know that a service will take place when you expect (unlike waiting 3 hours for an electrician to turn up only for them to cancel). Once you have your slot it’s yours and you can be assured that your team will turn up on that day and at that time. Knowing when we are coming makes it easier for you to plan; for example, if you have new plants you would like us to plant for you. Or, if there is something particular you would like the team to do you can either leave them a note or send me an email the night before they are due.
Occasionally if someone is off I may have to rearrange our visit. However, I will always do my best to let you know in plenty of time.
