Have you had some landscaping or building work done and now need some plants? Or, you are happy with the layout of your garden but would like to spruce up your borders? Our planting design package includes the design and drawings, sourcing and installing the new plants and a maintenance schedule to help you look after them.
What’s involved?
Following an intitial quote visit if you would like to go ahead we ask for a deposit of 20%. We then come back to take a full brief and conduct a survey. In the survey we take all the measurements we need and assess the site to help us choose the best plants for you.
From this we draw up the plans which show what plants have been chosen and where they will be planted. We also put together a schedule of the plants needed with pictures to help you visualise your new borders and the costs of the plants and delivery. We send you a video talking through the plan and the choices we’ve make. We then make sure you are happy with everything. One set of amendments, if required, is included at this point. Once the plans are agreed the next 40% of the cost is due. We will also go ahead with ordering the plants so the cost of the plants will be due at the same time.
With the plans agreed and plants ordered we get a date in the diary to do the work. The work includes preparing the beds, planting and tidying up.
With all your new plants in place and the site left tidy we give you a maintenance schedule, by plant and by season, to help you take care of your new plants. The final 40% of the total is now due.
The whole package (brief, survey, plans, schedule of plants, sourcing the plants, preparing the beds, planting up, and maintenance schedule) is priced from £2,500 +VAT
